When it comes to character creation, there’s no such thing as too many options. We know just how much many of you love the character creation process, and how important it is to make your beloved character in every detail, bring them to life, and fully embody them throughout the whole adventure. So it is only natural that you’ve all been eagerly awaiting the poll to decide the new playable race, which we announced some time ago as one of our Kickstarter campaign stretch goals.

Finally, the time has come to choose your candidate for a new in-game playable race! Who will it be? Catfolk, Kitsune, or maybe Ratfolk? Let the showdown begin!

Starting from now, each backer can participate in the special poll and vote for the new playable race that they think best suits our next game. The slacker backers also get to vote, so if you missed the Kickstarter campaign, you can still participate in the poll if you support us on the backer portal:https://wrath.owlcatgames.com/preorder. The voting will last for a month, until the 30th of June, and take place in a special section of the forum: https://forum.owlcatgames.com/t/pathfinder-wrath-of-the-righteous-vote-for-the-playable-race/20295

To get access to the poll as a backer, you will need to follow these steps:

- Confirm your pledge on the backer portal: https://wrath.owlcatgames.com/preorder/profile. If you haven’t transferred your pledge yet, we’d like to remind you that you can do that only by following your personal link that we sent you in an email with the subject “Backer portal is now live!” from media@owlcatgames.com on April 24.

- If you can’t find that email, please first check your spam folder and any other folders. Gmail users may find the email in their Promotions tab.

- If you still can’t find the email, please contact us via Kickstarter private message or send us an email at team@owlcatgames.com, we will give you the link manually.

- After confirming your pledge, enter your forum name in the special field.

- If you are not registered on our forum yet, you can do it here: https://forum.owlcatgames.com/.

- After entering your forum name on the backer portal, you will receive a badge corresponding to your pledge. There are three types of special forum badges for Wrath of the Righteous backers: squire, knight, and commander. Each of them grants access to the voting.

- After you get the badge, follow the link: https://forum.owlcatgames.com/t/pathfinder-wrath-of-the-righteous-vote-for-the-playable-race/20295

- If anything goes wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at team@owlcatgames.com. Remember that contacting us directly is always more effective than writing a public comment. We are carefully checking all the private messages and emails we get, but a public comment on one of our social platforms can accidently slip past unnoticed.

Don’t forget, you can always discuss the poll on our Discord server or any other social platform! To encourage a lively debate, we’ve added three new Discord emotes for you—one for each candidate.
